KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. selects Motivizer

KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. has selected Motivizer for the implementation and deployment of a system for digitalizing employee benefit and request documents. Currently, most of these documents are filled out and delivered using traditional paper methods. The new system will change that. The platform will be tailored to the Company’s needs and standards and will be integrated with existing solutions, including SAP. Additionally, the new system will meet the highest standards of security and protection of personal data of its users. The Central Information Processing Center, responsible for IT aspects within the KGHM Group, is conducting the technical implementation and integration with the Company’s IT systems.

For three years, we have been intensively cooperating with the HR Department on digitizing processes. It’s a major challenge in such a large organization with a complex internal structure. An additional task is to effectively integrate all systems, including those of a hybrid nature, while maintaining the highest level of security for the data processed in them. Projects carried out so far were not only complicated but also very satisfying, as their results bring value to our most important customers – employees,” says Ireneusz Jazownik, Director General of the COPI Department.

The platform created by Motivizer will eventually streamline and standardize processes in all KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. divisions. Each organization is at a different stage of development and each is unique. That’s why in the age of global digitization, platform flexibility and its ability to adapt to the needs of the organization are the most important. We are happy that KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. has trusted our technology,” says Paweł Filutowski, CEO/CTO of Motivizer sp. z o.o.

Electronic Document Circulation from Motivizer

In line with current trends, the new platform will provide electronic document circulation, replacing traditional paper form prints. This will be a more ecological and modern solution that will positively impact KGHM’s relationship with its employees and will be in line with ESG guidelines.

The implementation of a new system at KGHM is another step in the digital transformation of the HR area. Today, everyone is used to being able to handle their affairs electronically, without the need to fill out stacks of documents. We handle ourselves this way in offices, banks, in relationships with institutions. The employees themselves say that they would like electronic document flow to be present in relationships with their employer as well. For several years, we have been systematically digitizing payroll and personnel processes in our company, and the launch of the ZFŚS application is the next step in digitizing all processes. We have decided to offer our staff a new, user-friendly and intuitive system. To accomplish this task, we chose the Motivizer company, which, thanks to its technology developed in Poland, is today a leader in the digitization of HR areas. This is a big change, both in terms of technology and employee habits. We want to take advantage of the experiences of our business partner – summarizes Magdalena Wróbel, Chief Director of Human Resource Management at KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

The functionalities of Motivizer can be individually customized not only to the current needs of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., but also to future, unknown challenges today. The system allows for free modifications and development of additional modules, such as support for non-wage benefits, such as sports and medical packages, group insurance, and will also allow for the management of Employee Pension Programs
