We invite you to participate in the Request for Proposal named: 05/01/2017 – Expansion of the Motivizer platform – RFP Offer Request.

Subject of Purchase: Motivizer Ltd., located at Hanki Czaki 2/18, 01-588 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register maintained by the Regional Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Economic Division in Warsaw, under the number KRS: 0000493006, NIP 521-366-42-06, REGON 147053465, invites to submit an offer for:

– Invitation to participate in the Request for Proposal for the expansion of the Motivizer cafeteria platform.

Detailed description of the order

Subject of inquiry: Expansion of the cafeteria system with a defined technology stack:

Customer layer:

• Responsive Web Design;
• HTML5 Boilerplate;
• Twitter Bootstrap;
• AngularJS;
• Angular Translate.

Server Layer:

• Spring Boot;
• Maven;
• Spring Security;
• Spring MVC REST + Jackson;
• Spring Data JPA + Bean Validation;
• View TemplatesThymeleaf;
• Database MySQL;

Supporting technologies:

• Liquibase – Supporting Database Changes;
• Metrics – Application Monitoring;
• ehcache – Data Layer Caching;
• Logback – Application-Wide Logging;
• Web Resource Optimizations (gzip filter, HTTP cache headers).

Expansion areas and cost estimates::

• Expansion of the subscription module
• Expansion of the Front End user interface with RWD / RWD Mobile elements
• Expansion of the Back-End user interface with RWD / RWD Mobile elements Construction of a component for mass transaction processing
• Expansion of the e-learning module with gamification elements
• Implementation of an integrating rail for the platform with the client’s internal systems
• Implementation of a module integrating the platform with financial and personnel systems
• Expansion of the Workflow process engine

Detailed information regarding the scope of areas will be presented after signing the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) agreement.

The information in response to the present inquiry should include:

1. The exact structure of the offered study
2. Proposed procedures and process documents
3. Realization time along with the distinction between on-site/off-site work
4. A list of team members with their respective resumes
5. References in similar projects. Additionally, we kindly request the name, surname, company name, job title, and phone number of a person who can confirm the realization of the consultancy study.
6. The net amount estimate for the work to be performed and the payment schedule.

In the proceeding, the following contractors are eligible to participate:

• They hold the necessary licenses to perform the specified activities, if laws require such licenses.
• They have the required knowledge and experience, and have the technical capacity and personnel capable of executing this order, particularly having executed at least one order matching the subject matter of this order in the past five years.
• They are in an economic and financial situation that ensures proper execution of the order, and are not excluded from the proceeding.

Reasons for Rejection of Offer

The offer may be rejected if at least one of the following criteria is met:

• • It will present a flagrantly low price,
  • Its content will not correspond to the inquiry’s content,
  • It will be submitted by an excluded performer,
  • It will be submitted after the deadline for submission of offers,
  • It will be invalid based on separate regulations.

Criteria for evaluation and description of the scoring method

• • 1. Price – 50% Points for Criteria = (lowest price among all offers / contractor’s price) * 100 pts.
    2. Competencies related to software development – 25%
       • 100 points for experience in implementing at least five projects in JEE technology.
       • 50 points for experience in the implementation of at least three projects for deploying systems in JEE technology.
       • 0 points for experience in implementing less than two JEE system implementation projects.
    3. “Project Competences – 25%:
       • 100 points for assigning a project manager with a Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent certificate,
       • 50 points for assigning a project manager with a Prince 2 Foundation or equivalent certificate,
       • 0 points in any other case.
