Motivizer provided the technology for the PZU Pomoc benefits platform

Motivizer, the most advanced HR support system on the Polish market for building employee motivation and digital transformation, has supplied PZU Pomoc with technology for the administration of non-salary employee benefits. The platform has been adapted to PZU’s standards and will continue to be developed as a pillar of the Benefit Ecosystem. Motivizer meets the highest standards of security and data protection for its users, which was a key factor in PZU’s decision to choose it.

Motivizer is available to PZU customers as part of PZU Pomoc.

Access to the system is possible 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. The system is easy and intuitive to use, both on full-sized desktops or laptops and on mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones. The technology will be available to PZU customers as part of PZU Pomoc’s offer.
