Polish companies should already be implementing digital solutions that support internal processes and developing their employees’ IT skills. Without this, in 5-10 years, they will not be able to compete in their industry with organizations that are already doing this homework.

It is also worth remembering young talents who are finishing their studies in our country. Over 100,000 science and technology graduates leave Polish universities every year. The future no longer belongs to tangible capital such as natural resources, but to human and intangible capital. Knowledge and creativity leading to innovation will be the greatest assets in building the future and strong economies. The US and China are already outpacing the rest of the world. The development and implementation of new solutions will be the key to success.
