Cinema City employee vouchers

Voucher is a cashless form of payment for a movie ticket. Before the show, it must be exchanged at the cinema box office (one voucher = one ticket).
We encourage early telephone reservations or through the Internet - a voucher does not guarantee that there will always be seats available for the selected show.
A wide range of vouchers are available for sale. Vouchers are available that can be used in all Cinema City cinemas across Poland, as well as vouchers for specific cities.
3D vouchers include all films in standard cinema halls and IMAX, and also include a charge for glasses.
2D vouchers only apply to 2D films and do not include 2D films in IMAX cinemas.
Vouchers are valid on all days of the week.
Vouchers do not apply to special shows, marathons, Ladies Night shows, and films shown in VIP and Skoda 4DX halls. Special vouchers are also available for VIP and Skoda 4DX halls.
Vouchers have a specific expiration date - the information on the voucher indicates the date (inclusive) on which it can be exchanged for a ticket. There is no possibility of extending the validity of vouchers..
It is not possible to make additional payments for vouchers or exchange them for a different type of ticket.
The basis for redeeming a voucher is its number, so the customer is obliged to protect the number of the voucher and not share it with third parties, including as a photograph of the voucher. If the number on the voucher is unreadable or has been previously used, the Cinema City staff will not accept the voucher.
The holder of the voucher is entitled to transfer it to a third party free of charge. Without prior written consent from Cinema City Poland, the holder is not entitled to resell the voucher.
Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional offers in Cinema City cinemas, unless the promotion regulations provide for this possibility.
All complaints should only be made by the person / company that ordered the vouchers.
Cinema City does not accept returns of vouchers.
